1.  Entrance Admit card
2. Rank Card
3. Date of Birth certificate 
4. 10th /SSC Marks Memo
5. intermediate /+2 Marks Memo
6.  6th to intermediate /+2 study certificates (To decide local category)
7. Passport size photos -8
8. Provisional Allotment order(Document showing Allotted seat in online counselling )
9.  Personal Identity card (like Aadhar)
10. NRI has to submit pass port also.
11.  Reserved and PHC candidates have to submit their caste & PHC certificate .
